It's a good idea to build a "village" not just the stadium. There are grants available and the branding can be consistent and awesomely overwhelming making for a greater experience. Even in the offseason there will be visitors taking part in breweries, restaurants, and other events all branded with your favorite teams.

No one cares about your stadiums. What we care about is those poor dogs that were strung up and left to die. The ones that were electrocuted because they didn't perform. NFL has lost all respect. You disrespect this Country? Go to North Korea and then come back. You will learn respect.

City and state taxes to the service of rich team owners. A village so they can keep the earnings from the beer fans drink before the game. Instead of helping the neighborhood bar.
